Q&A CPC exam evaluation

I noticed on the AAPC forum that you replied to a discussion about the CPC exam and studying for it.

You mentioned to review your scores in each section of the exam. I did pass my exam however, I received an overall score not individual sections. Is it possible to find out the individual section scores in addition to my overall score?

BTW I am POSITIVE that I passed due to all the notes in my CPC manual taken from the BLITZ videos!! As time was the most important factor for me, the additional notes made all the difference between struggling and finishing on time and PASSING CPC THE FIRST TIME!!!!!

Congratulations on passing your exam!!!

I think the AAPC only gives out scored per section if you don't pass so you know what to work on. You can always ask them. Try exams@aapc.com or calling 800-626-CODE or 801-236-2200.

Let us know what they say.

That is correct. I also believe you only get a break down if you do not pass. When you click on your score I believe it would take you to a link with the individual scores.
